Nice experience. I was doing a transport part of a rescue for a precious fur baby. I am not a client here as it is very far from my home. There were no problems with explaining why I was there and for whom. I loved the separate area for dogs and cats! Very smart and safe idea! Staff seemed very happy and were very welcoming.
